Urban Home is a custom-built event home with proceeds benefiting local non-profits.

This project began with the logo which was inspired by the architecture of the house: the roof lines, the prominent windows at the front of the house and the blue door that was planned for the front entrance. Next came the need for a large yard sign to offer information on the home, it’s sponsors and the benefiting organizations.

Additionally, I designed business cards along with a 5×8 card that can be handed out as an informative marketing tool for both the home owners and organizations with events planned.  It essentially is a pocket with a second stand-alone piece inserted at the top, sliding up and down to reveal the calendar of events and more information. Each has the ‘rooftop’ angle reflected in the design.
